Breakfast for everyone.
These are some of my favorite meals, I enjoy making all the time...
Cornmeal - Grits - Oatmeal... (YUMMY)
2 cups Cornmeal - Grits - Oatmeal (CHIOCE of ONE)
4 cups boiling water
seasonings: allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar
Dried fruit options:
Bring water to a boil in a medium sauce pan, add a PINCH of salt, then add your Cornmeal, Grits, or oatmeal together in the pan, stir consistently to keep from making lumpy, remove from heat... stir until not lumpy if its not thick enough just add a little more grits & mix. Remove from heat and add brown sugar, spices, fruit, & then finish with cream or milk.
Now to serve a yummy, breakfast for all!!!
